Hollard funeral claim

I claimed for my mother's funeral. They wanted so may documents. I tried to submit at a branch, they gave me a few branches that were on their system. I drove to two branches to find out that they do not even have a branch there. I eventually claimed, the turn around times of 48 hours also did not apply. Very disappointed. Their service was......
