Hollard funeral claim

If I could give a 0 I really would. Horrible service my step father got ******ed and my mother has been running up and down to sort out all documents needed. She sent through all details requested via email and was informed her claim is being processed we haven't even buried my step father as yet because of their delayed processes it's been going on for some weeks now. They have horrible communication my mother called through to find out how far they are with the claim only to get out on hold for a whole 30min just to be told she has to have another police report filled out on their documents and send it through even tho the previous email advised all the documents she needed was what was stated below... This company had a unprofessional service and in inconsiderate about their clients. If my mother did not call we would have never known her claim hasn't even been processed as yet
