Hollard Expired Funeral Policy Affecting my Credit Score

Good day

I have a huge problem with Hollard Funeral Plan because it is now affecting my credit rating as a bad payer.

In 2018 i signed up for a funeral plan from them but they never took their debit orders so each time they call id tell them to cancel the contracts but seemingly they never did because each time i do my credit check these two policies appear in a red shaded block meaning its bad or in arrears and my credit score gets lower and lower because of that.

Can you help in clearing my name at Hollard And ensuring that these policies cease to exist. Thank you.
