Hollard dont like to do payouts

My mom died on 27 November 2018, up until now Hollard did not pay out the Funeral benefits. We phoned numerous times, to no avail! ABSA is now handling the late estate (and doing a great job) and Hollard is the only payout that is delaying the finalisation of the late estate. 5 months later....... no funeral benefits!!!!! PATHETIC
