Hollard doesnt care about its clients

I took out a policy through a broker in 2008. The policy originally was through Altrisk. Altrisk has been taken over by Hollard. I was told in 2008 that i can renew the policy after 10 years as it was a contract policy. I have been trying to get hold of Hollard via telephone and their website, since august but no-one has bothered to phone me or respond to my queries!
