Hollard does want to pay out for funeral cover and education policy savings

Two matters... I have been their client (Funeral Policy and Education Policy) for over 17 years but the treatment I have received is shocking and here is why.

1. Funeral Cover - My mom passed on and was buried back on July 13. I have sent through the claim, including my ID, that of my mom including her Death Certificate but to date, over a month later they still have not processed the claim, despite escalating

2. Education Policy - The policy has matured and I all I want is my savings so I completed the full surrender forms, including all the documentation they wanted, but over a month later, they still have not paid me what is mine, this despite escalating the issue
