Hollard does not pay my claim (PLEASE DO NOT DELETE MY REVIEW)

Good day everyone

I took a policy at Hollard and cover my father,during sale stage I was told that the waiting period it's 6 month,my father passed away on the 7th month ,which I was already paid 6 premium,when I was submitting my claim I was told that the claim it's repudiated due to benefit start date.

I wonder how many people are going through the same experience with Hollard

I send the Complain and it was answered after 5 days

The service that I got it's really bad,I demand better explanation from Hollard
