Hollard damaged my credit score

I tried opening a hollard policy and decided not to continue signing up for there for it was not active as i did not continue with it. Nkt it reflects on my credit score as an unpaid R153 lomg term debt. I tried to contact hollard and they also dont know how to fkx thos as they also see from their side it was never active. I spome to multiple consultants lromksing to fix this but kts been months now and finally my vredit score is damaged cos of this. No one is willing to help. Careful hu you sign up with. Now i am stuck becouse of hollard and they say jts nkt even possible to pay it to get rid of it since i am not active on their system. Poor service
