Hollard claim

I took up a life cover for someone with Hollard, and they told me that I would be eligible for a claim 6 months after the day of the cover. 11 months later the said person passed away I tried to claim from the cover ever since. I have been referred to several people who promise to help but 3 months later and I’m still getting the run around. This has caused a serious inconvenience for me.
