Hollard becoming a ******** company

The level of poor service I have received from Hollard Life Insurance is appalling. I have recently been retrenched. I submitted a claim because I am covered for this. Instead of assisting me they are giving me system generated responses that they cannot accept my claim. I have disputed their response. Not even one agent has taken the time to pick up the phone to try and understand my position. Instead they continue to take their premiums but they do not want to pay out my retrenchment claim. These are the type of companies that fail people. An entire corporation like Hollard cannot pay out 6 months worth of a retrenchment claim. But they can keep take peoples money.
