Hollard bad attitude

I had a funeral cover with hollard. After paying for 6 months I have not received any documentation. I phoned and emailed them but no documentation was send to me. I cancelled the policy and now Hollard has put me on ITC for not paying the policy. Like serious such bad attitude from their side for not sending the documentation? How can you put me on ITC as a bad payer?

I am not indebted to you please clear my name on itc i do not have an account with you. You were negligent by not sending my contract after paying for plus minus 6 months but you put me on itc as a non payer. Take it off my itc or proof to me i owe you money you neglected to send me the contract but i paid every month. In other words if something happened to me my wife would of struggled to bury me because if it takes you so long to send my contract how long will it take for payment. Please tell your consultant to stop phoning me and tell me i had to read my contract.....what contract?????? I never received one. Please get your ducks in a row and take me off itc you are an insurance company not a credit provider. Wake up please just wake up if you did send me my contract i would of still be paying. I have proof of all the correspondence and will post it here. But please just wake up!!!!!!

Hellooo I am still waiting for a responce please just wake up. People please be careful to take out a policy with Hollard as they put you on itc when you cancell your policy because they do not send you any documentation. After 6 months of communication
