Hollard

Good morning My name is Bongiwe Sithole. I have a policy with hollard which I'm paying at pep. My problem is that my husband passed away in April 2020 but till now they haven't paid me. Other policies like oldmutual and Mr price did pay. The problem is that they want a written death certificate and home affairs gave me a written death along with supporting document which states why they gave me a written death. 3weeks ago I was called by a guy who says he's working at hollard and say they only wanted confirmation from home affairs. I asked him if I should dig my husband or do affidavit and he said no hollard just want confirmation. My biggest problem is that I have 3kids to support and hollard was my first policy to join when I got married. I went to hollard on the 3rd of Oct and they told me to email my documents but till now no call nothing. The main fact is that my husband did passed away and I buried him in Soweto I just don't know what to do and I'm still paying the policy every month I even have another one for my father.
