Hollard apply inflated SMOKERS rates to monthly premiums of NON-SMOKERS
Hollard insist on applying inflated SMOKERS rates to my monthly premiums, despite daily requests for them to send a nurse to draw blood for testing, in order to prove that I am a non-smoker.
