Hollard and Game playing with an 86-yr-old lady
<div>Hollard Insurance continues to deduct premiums for a tablet that my 86-year-old mom lost and reported to them many months ago. They demanded a proof of purchase for the tablet and the laptop which was not available, they paid out for the laptop after a huge struggle. However, the tablet remains not replaced. The two items were purchased at Game Stores in Vincent where all documents were there for their records. People at Game have strangely not been helping, surely a gadget like a tablet is RICA'd before being released. Somebody please help her from this *****ed and dishonest Hollard company. @GameStoresSA @HolladInsurance</div>
