Hollard a ****

Very very bad insurance. They are a rep off. Double debiting premiums any amount they are pleased to take.

My premiums we R1233 a month in total for all my four policy at Hollard. In February they debited on wrong date then i went and make manual payment.

In march they debited a premium of R1450 + R178 which was R408 extra. I requested money back which they did not pay back my money.

In April they further deducted R2114 + R178 which was double the premium they suppose to take of R1233. I was left we no transportation money I couldn’t even buy groceries at home.

I went again a compliant numerous times at their branch in PMB Chief Albert Luthuli Street. They did all they could do to help but the Hollard head office was a nonsense they have not done a single thing correct, instead they persist in doubling premiums in my policy.

If anyone thinks of taking an insurance RUN AWAY FROM Hollard they are out for no good. I have been with Hollard from 2015 to 2021 loyal & everything yet the do this to me now. They don’t t care about customers
