Got an sms with a reference number and reminder to pay for a policy that i did not take out - contacted them and to get them to remove my mobile number and query this policy- they require all sorts of personal information including my id number. I said that I would give them my name only and they can check against that which they are not prepared to do. Is this a **** to get hold of personal information?

08 Sept 2023, 06:17As per my review and your response - I’m still waiting to hear 1) whether the policy attached to my mobile no is in my name (i didn’t take out a policy) or 2) has the incorrect mobile no and what you are doing to rectify it or 3) i received one of those expeditions using a company’s details to obtain personal information.
