hollard

I had a 2 separate funeral covers with hollard i,one that covers my parents and one for my family ,i had that policy 4 over 3years when I received a call from one of their agent telling me about a policy upgrade ,i upraded my policy and was told that the other policy will be cancelled at the end of the month i was double derbited.i went to hollard in protea gardens .they called the person who upraded my policy and she said I must reverse one derbit order and I did , the following month no derbits were made and my policy was cancelled , even after several complaints no feedback was given ,i lost close to 4years of my premiums just like that
