Holland Insurance Refund

PATHETIC UNPROFESSIONAL NON-EXISTANT SERVICE A consultant visited my wife's School marketing Insurance. My wife recently noticed that premiums for Funeral Cover (R119,50 monthly) was being deducted directly from her salary (stop order). To make matters WORSE....my wife (Mrs.D.E.Hahn) did NOT sign up or apply for any cover. Now she is STRUGGLUNG to get refunded. Emails were addressed to: *** To absolutely NO AVAIL. Telephone calls were made to : *** Spoke to the following persons who answered the phone: 1. Thobeka , 2. Jo , 3. Timayeni , 4. G****tso without any explanation or clear information as to who they transferring the call to... This Company lacks professionalism and service. We are DISGUSTED to say the least !!!!
