Hollaed Insurance

I had a claim based on Disability. Initially my claim was was rejected by Hollard Insurance based on technicalities. I challenged the rejection to no avail, and I can understand that Covid19 office restrictions had a major part to play in this ( remote decisions made on serious matters). I contacted Hellopeter to get someone to at least contact me in Januaty of 2021, and Hollard did. The matter went back and forward and my communication grew between Hoolard and IUA Business Solutions in Umhlanga Rocks KZN. Their service was impeccable. Then Hollard joined the party and their service was ultra impeccable. To cut a long story short, both IUA and Hollard opened the BLINKERS and saw the merits of my claim, notwithstanding that it partially fell outside of the gambit of the policy rules, and settled my claim in full. I in no way believe that this should set a precedent, however it is such actions that set Companies apart. I wish to applaud them for their astute decision making in tense times - # WIN , # WIN.
