hold on ...have your id number for prompt service

<p>I needed to have some details, so found a JHB number on the web,(although I live in Cape Town).</p> <p>The call was answered and I was put through to a consultant, who asked the the security questions and told me to hold on and she would get back to me/or put me throught to someone.</p> <p>I called at 3 40 pm and after holding for 10 full minutes, tried a Cape Town number that I then found.</p> <p>They told me they dont handle that aspect....and by 4.45PM and a massive telephone bill, and 8 consultants later, I found someone capable , who assisted ...after asking me once again, the security questions.</p> <p>they maintain they are the largest company in South Africa......the best NO NO NO </p>
