I took out a funeral plan from a company called direct channel from a girl called olivia. I gave her all the necessary information but decided to do her own thing by writing wrong information on the funeral policy that I took out. and today I called the customer service at hollard and spoke to a lady called mamatle and she was so helpful and professional she understood my problem and rectified it and went the extra mill too. she deserves a star thank you mamatle and hollard keep up the good work.
