Good customer service

I believe as much as we are quick to complain if things do not go well or expected, we should also be humble enough to pass our gratitude if the problem has been resolved. I would like to say a big thank you to Hollard for not letting me down as I've mentioned before that I was disappointed because I always regarded Hollard as one of the best company I've so far dealt with. I wish I could have given them 5 star but I cant due to the fact that we had to resort in logging a complaint.
