Golf medal for poor customer service!!!

A pity we can't give 0 stars. Hollard must be the gold medal contender for poorest customer service. Been a client for more than 10 years, Hollard happily taking my money on 3 policies monthly. Can't get hold of their contact center - 5 times more than 30 min calls, all unanswered and 8 emails later, also all unanswered. Shocking, have they closed doors or I think they are about to close doors. Stay away!!!
