Gillard doesn't respond to communication

I have been emailing this company to refund my premium and cancel the policy. I don't want a policy with them I have a couple of policies. I was told by the Insurance agent that they were checking if I qualify and because I didn't want to be rude I gave my details but I had told him prior that I have enough insurances. They will likely debit from my account again because I haven't received a confirmation from them that they have canceled the policy and I also want a refund of that first premium
