Ghost and Ghastly service<br> <br> I would like to cancel my three policies with Hollard due to the fact that I have been with Hollard for the last 5 years and the only time they communicate with me is when they telling me they are going to debit my account. I have received no mails, or any other form of communication and when I try to call in to update or find out any kind of information regarding my funeral cover , their lines are always engaged and or not working.<br> <br> I have tried all sorts of your numbers from *** to 086111*** but to no avail, submitted their stupid online call back form like 9 times, I have been trying to get hold of them for the last two months but their lines are always engaged and I wanted to add more people to my funeral cover, what would happen if I had a claim to submit? And emergency , that would mean I'd have to take my own time, spend my petrol money and go to Parktown to place a claim?<br> <br> This is ridiculous service and is utterly unacceptable, we are paying way too much money to secure for our families and the least they can do is acknowledge their clients.<br> <br> I will now move to clientele as they at least take the time to acknowledge their clients
