Get paid commission for doing nothing

I have a life policy, covering dreaded disease, and cover in case I am unable to work. Been going for many years. Hollard Life will not allow you to go direct, they insist you use a Hollard Broker. I have not heard from this broker for 6 years yet he earns commission each month for doing nothing. I logged this as a complaint as I feel that my charged commission should be paid back. It would seem that they dont care with zero response.

Just wondering if this is the same attitude I will face when I make a claim?? Maybe I should get a job as a broker, get paid for doing nothing like the ANC.
