FUNERAL POLICY NOT PAID ALMOST A MONTH SINCE CLAIM SUBMITTED

I have a funeral policy with Hollard and submitted a claim on the 6th of April, up till today they are still giving me the run-around and it’s already the 2nd of May. Funeral policies are usually paid with-in 48 hours. The funeral for the loved one was on the 15th of April already. I have called so many times, I spoke to Thokozile, I spoke to Donald (who is supposed to be the team leader) I spoke to Thato, I spoke to Kgotso and I spoke to Roy Naidoo (who is the claims manager). None of them even tried to call me to get info or let me know what is causing the hold-up or settle the matter. NEVER GET ANY POLICY FROM HOLLARD!!!
