Funeral policy I did not sign up for

I recently discovered that Hollard has been deducting for a funeral policy that I don't remember taking. I then requested a voice recording of me taking up that policy and actually agreeing on a debit. The recording that I received has nothing that confirms that I wanted to take a policy, neither did we discuss the date of deduction and amount. When I requested the initial email I was told that's the only recording they have. can I have someone intervene urgently so I can get clarity about this.
