funeral policy cover

l have took hollard insurance funeral policy since 2000 to date, i have send my claim on the 19/08/2020 till today my claim has not been paid and its including car hire i stuck in free state waiting f the car . When i call them they are telling me that my claim is not captured yet but they said claim takes 48hrs to pay and its more than that now . I am so angry and i regret right why i waist my money because there is lots of policies out there . They really inconvenience me because i don't know where to start.
