Funeral Policy Cash Back Bonus not paid

I have a Clicks Funeral Policy with a cash back benefit which is underwritten by Hollard. The service from Hollard is absolutely RIDICULOUS. They just don't respond to emails and of course, you wait a long time when you call their customer no-service department. I have been trying to get my cash back out of them since August. Don't touch them with a 10 foot barge pole if you expect efficient service.
