Funeral Policies affecting Credit Score

I have 3x below policies with Hollard, these policies have not been updating with Transunion for the past three months and this is affecting my credit score:

POLICY NUMBER: ********** 0 POLICY NUMBER: ********** 9 POLICY NUMBER: ********** 4

Can you please arrange for these to update with Transunion as per normal, I have contacted your call center numerous times to no avail requesting for this to be done, your call center agents drop my calls each time, email also sent to your complaints department and no feedback from them either.
