Submited claim on the 11th reff*** and was informed that the payout perios is 24-48 hours but its the 17th burial passed and still no payout. Spoke to sevveral agents, to name the few are Sana, Victor, Lengly all saying the are forwarding an escalation but nothing happens.Vuyokazi and Samual refuse to talk to me as they are supervisors.<br> Hollard is mis-informing people abt payout dates
