Funeral claim delay
I am not happy with Hollard since from the 28th of July 2021 till now the 2sc of August 2021 I have put in a funeral claim and the haven't gotten back at me I have done everything they told me to do even made an email this morning ...so I do not understand why they are not connecting me back if anyone out there could help me out on this situation please contact me

Hollard recently called me and said they would send me an email in a few hours I have been waiting for 2 days again and they have not connected me I tried sending them an email again today still no response...today is the 5th August the day they used to withdraw money for my policy and I tried again to claim the 3rd time but nothing...I'm really getting worried about what's going on with Hollard and not working with me to solve the issue and it's stressful...this is my number *** I am Mtetho McDonald Dikana I really need help please.
