Funeral Benefit

I Zukiswa Sithole claimed a policy payout for my brother who passed on the 14th of November 2023,when I try to claim from Hollard Life as a beneficiary,I have been taken from pillar to post and nothing is happening,I have been to send various documents in which I did,and all that is in vain

My brother's policy was supposed to be paid 48 hours prior to his burial,but I had to use my own money and borrow from people
