***** CARRIED OUT BY HOLLARD INSURANCE

<p>Policy Number: ********** start date 28 July 2007. I have been given the go around with regards to the exsistance if this policy. Yet every month its she is debited R210. This is freaud/theft. I have called in and spoke to 5 customer services agents who do not know how to speak to clients as well assure customers that my perception of Hollard isnt correct and they will help. This is shocking. I think Hollard targets lower income Black people as they know they can get away with such nonsense. A lady called Vennessa Maluleke had assisted my mother but hasnt done any follow up. I need answers as this is Unexceptable. They have also listed my father as the policy holder whilst its my mother. Such an inconvinience. If this is how you do business, it surely leaves a bitter taste. Much to be desired.</p>
