Follow up on cancellation of policy with Hollard

I got a call from Hollard on Thursday and i explained to the lady why i wrote to you about my complain and she told me it will be solved immediately but still nothing is happening instead they deducted the premium after i told them to cacel the policy and refund me my money. I am no longer interested in taking a policy with them as they are ureliable and their consultants are very rude. My ID : *** Regards Josina
