Find the right person to rob..

I am utterly disgusted with the way Hollard treats their insurance clients I'm complaining on behalf of my mother, Margaret Koopman ID: *** with regards to her policy with Hollard. She have been paying for almost 8 years on her Jet Clothing Account and all of a sudden she see that they have stopped her payments without letting her know what is going on she has paid all this money and wants to know what is going to happen from now on.I received a email back from Mohamed Jamaludien Customer Services Administrator [JHB] he informed me that I need to send him proof of payments and that was deducted from her Jet account every month shouldn't he have a record of all the payments he informed me that he can see that she made her last payment on the 03/02/2015. I then contacted the callcentre where I spoke to a consultant Wandile Tshabangu and he couldn't assist and gave the call tom his supervisor Bongani Mahlangu who was also not well trained on what they do there, I asked if she is getting any money back he said no but you can call our Client Services Department for assistance...very unprofessional my mother is a pensioner please give her money back she paid for all those years
