FALSE ADVERTISING

I was admitted to 2 different hospitals on 2 different occassions in the month of March... I was first admitted from 5 March to 9 March and then 19 March to 24 March... I submitted all my paperwork to them... Only to have their *********** consultants phoning to ask me to submit my invoices... which invoices are they requesting because I was in a government hospital which is FREE... I have been paying every single month so I will not tolerate this... should I not receive any help, I will go to the insurance ombudsman and cancel my policy with them... I will also go to a lawyer for a refund cos clearly they are in the business of making money and not helping!!!
