failed By Jet and Hollard my name in still not cleared from the RSC

Hello Peter my name is Angel. I had an account with Jet, everything went very well when it was still under adcon. In December 2021 things took a turn, 4 policies were open under my account by Hollard. None of them had my concern. all policies were opened without my knowledge. Mind you i had just settled my account in November so I was not owing anything. I was heavily pregnant and i didn't want to have clothing accounts with outstanding balances.

I gave birth in Feb 2022 and was on leave. Just when my leave was about to end in June i realized my husband has been paying an instalment towards Jet. I called to find out what are the payments for and i was told is for my 4 policies, i immediately went in store and cancelled all the police and stopped paying as i was asking them to clear this *****ed action.

As a result of no longer paying my name was handed over to the debt collectors and ruin my credit score. i wrote to the ombudsman and an investigation was carried out turn out Hollard couldn't find my enrollment form as i didn't open these policies. It was then concluded that i need to be refunded and get my name cleared from the RCS till this days that has not happened.

I have suffered multiples calls from debt collectors. I have made countless of calls to all this Debt collectors and with no luck of any help. I lost a home that I app**** for in 2023 because of this. Now am doing my post graduate Honors at Wits and cannot be given a loan for my fees because my name has been dragged in mud.

I have been failed by Jet and Hollard's as a good paying customer and would appreciate if they fix this as they have ruined my credit score and they still blocking my dreams from coming through. Is it because i carry an African name to be bul**** like this. why was my account targeted by their staff. I have proof of countless emails of them admitting that i need to be refunded and cleared. Any lawyers out there willing to help as this has became a lawsuit legally please contact me on this number ***.
