Extremely Disappointing Service
The staff at the claims centre of Hollard legal services operated by Europassistance are totally ***********. They did not pay their lawyers on time on numerous occasions, despite several escalations. Eventually their lawyers refused to do any further work on my case. I now have to find new lawyers and start the entire process again. A full year of my valuable time and my efforts is wasted. They are seriously jeopardized my case and this may result in huge financial losses on my side. They have also endangered the lives of me and my family, due to the circumstances by not addressing my issues promptly, showing absolutely no care or compassion for their clients. I obtained legal aid to assist me with legal issues when required. Instead, Hollard legal services have created additional pain, frustration and endangered the lives of me and my family. I would certainly not recommend this company as they are grossly negligent and have absolutely no care or respect for their clients.

Despite my various escalations via email and telephonic calls since 25 April, I still do not have an official response on my matter.
Hollard legal has placed the lives of my family and I at risk, caused unnecessary delays and massive cost escalations that could have been easily avoided.
Please can this matter be escalated to the CEO of the company. This is not an isolated case and the people responsible in your company for these gross negligence, incompetence and dishonesty must be dealt with accordingly at the appropriate levels.

28 May 2025, 16:05I have received a response from Hollard stating that they cannot pay for any additional legal assistance.
This is after I exposed them for not meeting their service level agreements which they admitted to in writing. They have been grossly negligent and totally *********** and have jeopardized my legal case resulting in huge financial losses for me.
Instead of address the poor service of it service provider, they turned on the customer and blame the customer with no supporting facts.
This *********, unprofessional and vindictive behavior from Hollard Legal is shocking.
I have repeatedly asked to speak to a senior representative of the company and they was no responses.
I will now institute legal action against a company that was suppose to provide me with legal assistance, how ironical is that…,
