Expect to contribute, but don't expect to be able to claim

Please be very careful of this company. My partner took out a loan with Direct Axis and when she subsequently lost her job and claimed from the "Customer Protection Insurance" which is backed by Hollard, she was passed along from pillar to post and Hollard has not paid a cent! During a typical phone call, she is transferred up to 5 times, and the standard response is always: "we'll call you back", and of course, they NEVER do. The bottom line is that insurance by Hollard is a risk and be prepared to contribute without being able to claim.
