Exorbitant premium increase
My son's got a renewal notice and the premium increase with an exorbitant amount. I spoke to your offices earlier today and I was promised that your Retention Department would contact me - something that did not happen. Kindly contact me to discuss the premium increase on the policy, alternatively I will advise my son to use an alternative insurer. <br> <br> You are in possession of my Power of Attorney to act on behalf of my son.
