Empty promises still no feedback

On 26/01/2016 i emailef my claim documents. The on 27/01/2016 i called qnd was advised that the documents have been receive and i can expect a call thefollow day. On 28/01/2016 i called again because no one called me as promised and was advise the claim was registered and will be called the morning of the 29/01/2016. By 12:10 no call and i called again and spoke to a Vincent. He escalated this to his manager and he advised me that his manager will go and process my claim himself.I request feedback by no later then 15:30 on Friday. Guess what still no feedback. The servive is so poor and pathetic its not even funny. The consultantsis so good at lying but cant even pick up the phone to call.
