Education Provider and Education Savings Benefits

I would like to lodge a complaint against Boikoketso Rameetse-a hollard personel that sold me the education provider and education savings benefit policy. I had provided him and Anisha with all the details that they needed, we then continued to communicate telephonically and via email when they needed some details from me. I was shocked when I get an annual statement of the policy only to realize that the beneficiary details belong to someone I don't know and my son's birth details are not correct. Now I wonder what could have happened should I had died!
