Double deductions and sharing personal information without my knowledge

Refund on double premium...no refund since 27 June 2025...hollard indicated that it's a ***** case because my information was shared to Asurrity without my knowledge ..I will be refunded but to my surprise case is closed no 18 August 2025...I dint receive my money..when I do enquiry yesterday (19 August 2025) I'm told they are still investi I will receive feedback on the w2 August 2025.. 1. Worried about my information shared. without my knowledge 2. Hollard acknowledge there is ***** but fondant to refund my money 3. I need help what is the next step I must take 2.
