Dont want to pay out Edcon Protection Plan policy

I was retrenched in October last year. I went through the whole process and forward them the necessary forms. After struggling alot to get feedback, they confirmed they denied my claim due to my UIF19 that was marked by mistake on the wrong reason code by my employer. I went back to my employer and he made it right and signed the form again. we went through the whole process and also attached my confirmation of retrenchment letter attached with all documents. Its now almost 4 months and still no feedback. They told us they will forward it for re assesment but with no luck still no outcome. I paid that policy since I opened my account so its unacceptable that they dont want to pay out with a common type error on a form but when we rectified it with a proof company letter that I was actually retrenched due to company that closed down, they still dont want to pay out. I paid my account continiously very good, but with unforeseen circumstances I had to unfortunately submit the claim and now they dont want to pay it out, although they now have all the right proof and forms.
