Don't pay attention to complaints

Good day, you company has been deducting money from my partner's account since 2018. Her name and beneficiaries are wrong. She tried to send emails to head office and even told your agents at the call centre. 2 policies she doesn't know about.shes asking for refund, stil she received an email saying you will contact her. But nothing and I won't stop sending messages or go find help somewhere to get your attention.
