Dont care attitude
I am still waiting for a CANCELLATION email and sms. I do not expect my account to be debited hence I did the right thing. I even took time and spoke to one of your consultants who confirmed that she had cancelled my cover with you. I need the acknowledgment ema and sms as proof.
