Does not even deserve a star

I regret being a client of this company, they are taking forever to process my claim request, the consultants are always clueless and they'll never respond to you at the time you need them most.

As the underwriter, they never respond or resolve queries instead they'll keep transferring you to lots of departments until they drop the call on you. Claims court will be the last option for me in this situation
