does not deduct my policy anymore

I've been a client since June 2015 with no issues, however September this year I changed my banking details and I went to the branch at Eyethu Mall Orange Farm South of Johannesburg to inform them and give them new banking details. And on the 2nd of October I had to pay cash because no one told me that the debate will not go through. And now again this month they didn't debate I don't know if they are trying to sabotage me or what or someone needs to do they work I have 2 policies and the policy numbers are ***2 and ***7. They have to deduct every month on the 31st
